不同刈割程度对紫花苜蓿生长、净光合速率和可溶性糖含量的影响

摘 要:

研究不同刈割程度对紫花苜蓿生长和相关生理指标影响的结果表明: 适度刈割可以提高苜蓿的再生能力和生物量;刈割后苜蓿的叶绿素a含量和叶绿素a/b比值及净光合速率均增加; 其叶中的可溶性糖含量也增加, 轻度刈割的最高, 重度刈割的次之, 不刈割的最低。

Effects of Different Mowing Intensities on Growth and Net Photosynthesis and Soluble Sugar Content of Medicago sativa Linn.

Abstract:

The effects of different mowing intensities on the growth and physiological indices of Medicago sativa were studied. The results showed that moderate mowing could promote the regenerative capacity and the biomass. After mowing the leaf chlorophyll a content, the ratio of chlorophyll a/b and the net photosynthesis efficiency of Medicago sativa increased. And soluble sugar content of Medicago sativa leaves also increased, the range of soluble sugar content with light mowing intensity was greatest in three treatments, that with heavy mowing was next, and the range of sugar content without mowing was lowest.
